Fudgy, moist, and packed with lactation-promoting oats, flax seed, and brewer's yeast, these dense and filling gluten-free brownies are just what Mama craves. You will need: 1/2 cup grass-fed butter or coconut oil, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup filtered water, 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions: Combine flax seed with water and let sit for 5 minutes. Combine the rest of the dry mix with butter/coconut oil, egg, and vanilla, and mix well. Pour into an 8"x8" pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake at 350°F for 22 minutes.
Yield: 16 large or 25 small brownies.
