Delicious

These were delicious and fairly easy to make. My
food processor isn’t super powerful so it took some extra effort to get everything blended together but it was worth it. I kept these in the fridge and would grab a couple in the morning when I was starving and didn’t have time to make anything before feeding the baby or for a for a quick snack in the afternoon.

Delicious & so easy to make!

I am by no means a cook and found this recipe super simple to do at home. They are so delicious, and such an easy snack to have on hand during the hectic postpartum days. I love knowing they’re packed with good nutrients and lactation friendly. I’ll definitely be ordering these again!

So Yummy!

The lactation balls were so easy to make with this kit, loved that I could do it with my baby in hand. It will use up a fair amount of your nut butter + honey, just fair warning. They are SO tasty though - worth it! Almost like a nut butter brownie, they feel super decadent and satisfying. I thought about freezing half of them but I just want to eat them all now ha!

Lactation balls

I was so excited to get these and of course they didn’t disappoint! I have loved everything from mama meals but these are definitely one of my favorites especially for when I have a sweet tooth!

Everything tasted great and was so satisfying. I was a little hesitant because some of the meals were different than things I normally ate (i.e. liver and Kitchari), but I was pleasantly surprised and loved it all. It really simplified life and made it so I always had something easy, nourishing, and filling on hand those first several weeks with a newborn and toddler at home.

I wish I knew about Mama Meals before I had my first baby!  Postpartum is so hard as it is, and cooking is even harder. The oatmeals saved me in the morning and those lactation cookies are seriously delicious. I’m 9 months postpartum now and I still order meals! They are so hearty and quick to heat. I recommend this to every mom, especially right after having a baby.

I had my baby 1.5 weeks ago and these meals have been an absolute GODSEND.  It’s all so delicious, nutritious, comforting, and best of all easy to make.  This has been my easiest recovery and I think a lot has to do with the lack of stress to feed myself.  Also, my baby has reacted well to everything!  Thank you Holly!!  I will order again!
